Todd is a proficient Drupal developer, with extensive experience in designing and building online features and sites in Drupal, with an eye to creating effective user interface design, implementing efficient tools for site content managers and creating an effective user experience for site visitors.Todd is a 2006 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in philosophy.
